The iNexx Platform is designed for mass deployment in communities across the nation. Certified Service Provider partners to help us meet the local needs of providers and physician practices in their adoption of iNexx and use of apps.

iNexx Service Providers enroll, install, integrate, customize, train, service, and support the Platform in local communities of physicians across the United States. Service Providers can be entities such as an HIE, a hospital collaborative, a health system, a local vendor or a combination who have direct agreements with user organizations to service and support the platform.

Service Providers will be required to enter into an agreement/SLA with Medicity that specifies services provided, procedures (e.g. call support, dispatch, escalation, and resolution management), and other aspects required to deliver the service.

The Service Provider will contract directly with the user organization to provide specific services. Service Providers will contract with Medicity to document the service responsibilities provided to the user organization.

Below is an outline of several service areas that may be addressed by the Service Provider, Medicity, or a combination of both:

  • Enrollment/Verification - Activity to solicit, enroll, and verify the authenticity of participating organizations
  • Planning - Assisting users in adapting process to take optimal advantage of the platform
  • Training - Training of Service Provider resources to support the platform and applications
  • Installation - Install the platform, configure nodes and applications, and address issues (e.g. network, firewall, computer, etc.)
  • Integration - Interfacing to local systems to insert and acquire data
  • Testing - Testing and validation of information delivered by the platform
  • Customization - A range of services from local branding to custom workflow solutions using the SDK
  • Help Desk - Provide 1st call support for users, problem dispatch, tracking and management
  • On-site Support - Resources to go to users site to perform services
  • General Documentation - Administrative Guides, User Guides, FAQs and other materials
  • Site Specific Documentation - Documentation of local processes, configurations, and contacts
  • Application Support - Local support of iNexx applications
  • Hospital Support - Support of hospital nodes and agents including Results & Reports, Orders, etc.
